People

In Workforce Planning, People represent both users and assignable resources. People can belong to one or many Groups which controls both their availability and visibility.

User Permission Levels

For any person who you denote as a being able to log into the app, you will need to select a permission level which will govern what actions they are allowed to perform and what details they are allowed to see about other entities. Within the platform, you can build out your own permission level options by selecting various predefined actions. The only immutable permission level is that of Admin.

The Admin position can perform every action in the app and has access to every Group in Workforce Planning.
